Quick, responsive and communitive. Got an email purchase confirmation, then a detail of the order confirmation. And, later, on a very quick turnaround, delivery confirmation.

There were some needed flower substitutions, but I got a call to discuss prior to those being made.

Really appreciate the quickness and communication. And, my sister really loved the flowers. :)

One of the most beautiful arrangements we have ever seen. And the customer service was above and beyond literally...they were delivered on time during the terrible storm in Denver yesterday with hail and tornado warnings and a broken windshield from the hail - any other service vendor would have said "I'm not delivering today" but not Twisted Tulip.
